Hey There! Iโm Israr, and Iโm really glad youโre here. Iโm a graphic designer, digital marketing professional, computer science engineer, and, somewhere along the way, I became a person who notices design almost everywhere.
A good color combination catches my eye. I notice interesting typography on shop signs. Iโll look at a room and start thinking about what could be moved, changed, or added.
And yes, Iโve definitely spent more time than necessary looking at a beautifully designed website just to figure out why it feels so good.
Happilydesigning is where I share those ideas.
A Little About Me
I started my first blog back in 2019, and since then I’ve worked on several blogs and digital projects alongside my professional work.

My background is a mix of technology, design, and marketing.
Iโve worked with international brands, worked with media agencies, and spent years creating and thinking about digital content.
That combination has shaped the way I look at things. I don’t just look at whether something is beautiful.
Iโm usually asking, Why does this work? Could this be done differently? Would this actually work in a real home or project?
Those are the kinds of questions that eventually led me to create Happilydesigning.
So, What Is Happilydesigning?
It’s a little corner of the internet for people who enjoy design, crafts, art, and interiors. You’ll find practical ideas, creative inspiration, decorating concepts, craft projects, visual ideas, and plenty of things that might make you want to grab a notebook and start planning something.
For interiors, I like looking at the small details that change a space, things like color, lighting, layout, texture, and furniture placement.
For crafts and art, Iโm interested in ideas that feel approachable and actually give you something to work with.
And with design, I like breaking down the thinking behind good visuals instead of simply saying, โThis looks nice.โ How I Create Content I don’t want Happilydesigning to be a website filled with articles written just for the sake of publishing something.
When I work on an article, I start with a simple question: Will this actually be useful to someone? I research the topic, check factual information when needed, look at the practical side of an idea, and edit the content so it’s clear and easy to follow.
My experience in digital marketing has also taught me that getting someone to click is only the beginning. The content needs to give them a reason to trust the information once they’re there. That’s what I’m aiming for with every piece I publish.
Keeping Things Honest I want you to know who’s behind the information you’re reading and how that information gets published. Articles are fact-checked where appropriate and reviewed by me or a member of the editorial team before they go live.
We edit for accuracy, clarity, and readability, and we revisit older articles when information changes or an update would make them more useful. If a page contains affiliate links or sponsored content, it’s clearly disclosed.
I don’t want readers guessing about whether there is a commercial relationship behind something they’re reading. Things change online, so we keep reviewing and updating content rather than assuming that once something is published, the work is finished.
A Few Random Things About Me A few things you’ll probably figure out pretty quickly if you spend enough time around me: I notice fonts. Probably more than I should.
I save way too many screenshots of interesting designs and tell myself I’ll organize them later. I can spend an unreasonable amount of time deciding between two very similar shades of a color.
I often see something and immediately think, โThat could be designed better.โ After starting my first blog in 2019, I somehow ended up enjoying the whole process enough to keep doing it. And that’s pretty much the story.
Thanks for Being Here Happilydesigning is still growing, and I’m still learning, experimenting, creating, and finding ideas worth sharing.
I hope you find something here that makes you want to create something, change something in your home, try a new project, or simply look at design a little differently.
I’m Israr, and this is Happilydesigning.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you find something you love here.
